Founder
Mihir brings 5+ years of IT expertise and EdTech entrepreneurship to ThinkWithAI. He is Founder of 4Bit Technology (end-to-end IT consultancy), Co-Founder of EnrollUp (tutoring technology solutions), and Co-Founder of Kwickprep (student learning platform).
His technical foundation includes B.Tech in Computer Engineering (GTU) and MBA in IT & Systems Management (NMIMS). Expertise spans AI systems, LMS/ERP implementation, web/mobile development, and SaaS solutions.
At EnrollUp, Mihir leads EdTech strategy, implementing custom LMS and student management systems that drive enrollment growth. At Kwickprep, he creates practical solutions addressing students' learning challenges. Previously, he served as Project Management Consultant at TheTechUnity (Canada), managing complex IT projects and client relationships.
As Founder of ThinkWithAI, Mihir oversees technical architecture, AI platform development, and implementation strategy—ensuring solutions are technologically advanced yet practically deployable in Indian educational institutions.
Kajal Mehta
Co-Founder
With 20+ years of experience teaching Computer Science and IT subjects including AI, Kajal brings deep understanding of education's practical challenges. Her career spans teaching students from higher secondary to engineering graduates and working professionals across CBSE, GSEB, ICSE, and NIOS boards. Co-Founder of EnrollUp and Kwickprep, she has helped countless students excel in Computer Science, including the last 3 years focused intensively on AI education.
This extensive teaching experience shaped ThinkWithAI's founding philosophy: AI tools for education should be easy for anyone to use, not just tech experts. Kajal's hands-on classroom experience—understanding what works and what fails in real educational settings—provides unique insights into solving education's practical challenges.
Recognizing AI's transformative potential for education institutions, Kajal co-founded ThinkWithAI to bridge the gap between AI's promise and education's ground reality. She holds an MCA degree and has dedicated her career to making technology accessible and practical for learners at all levels.

Pranav Mehta

Pranav serves as strategic advisor to ThinkWithAI, bringing 25+ years of leadership experience. Founder of ImpactPlus. His career spans roles from operational management to executive leadership, with expertise in market expansion, strategic planning, M&A integration, and portfolio strategy.
After stepping away from corporate roles, Pranav dedicated himself to intensive upskilling in artificial intelligence and its practical business applications. This unique combination of decades of business expertise with fresh AI knowledge enables him to guide ThinkWithAI in building sustainable, scalable business models.
Pranav's cross-industry experience helps ThinkWithAI navigate the complexities of institutional sales, change management, and market positioning while maintaining focus on measurable results.
He holds a PGDBM in Marketing from JIMS, Delhi, and B.Pharma from Pune University.
