What a coaching institute website should include
What a coaching website has to do to produce enquiries, which pages matter, and the design choices that quietly cost admissions.

A coaching website has one job: turn a parent who is comparing into a parent who calls. That needs the fee, the courses, the teacher and the phone number to be findable in seconds on a phone, and a page for each course so search can find you at all.
The pages that do the work
One page per course with syllabus, batch, duration and fee. A page about the teacher with real credentials. Results. Contact with one number. A homepage that says what you teach and where, in the first line.
Phone first, genuinely
Most parents will open it on a phone. If the number requires scrolling, if text needs zooming, or if a popup covers the page, enquiries are lost silently. Test it on your own phone before accepting any build.
Design choices that cost enquiries
Fees hidden behind enquire for details, a contact form with ten fields, courses only shown inside images, and an autoplay video before any information. Each one adds a reason to leave.
Own what you paid for
Insist on owning the domain, the hosting account and the content. Agencies change; your admissions history should not be hostage to that.

What to insist on in a website quote
| Item | Why it matters | Ask in writing |
|---|---|---|
| A page per course | Search matches courses, not centres | How many course pages are included |
| Fees shown | Hidden fees cost enquiries | Will fees be published |
| Phone visible on mobile | Most visitors are on phones | Show me on a phone before I pay |
| Content written | Templates come empty | Who writes the words |
| You own domain and hosting | Otherwise you are renting | Whose name is the account in |
