Using this website
The content here is provided in good faith for education institutes evaluating search and AI visibility work. It is guidance, not a contractual commitment.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a specific search ranking, a specific AI citation, a specific number of enquiries, or a specific number of admissions. Search engines and AI assistants are third party systems that we do not control. What we commit to is the measurement, the agreed work, and an honest dated report every month.
Engagements
Every engagement is governed by a written agreement covering scope, fees, term and notice. Where this page and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give us, including fees, results and affiliations. We will not publish a claim we cannot verify, and we will not fabricate reviews, results or credentials on your behalf.
Fees and payment
Fees, term and notice are set in your written agreement, not here. Invoices are raised monthly in advance unless the agreement says otherwise. Taxes are extra where they apply. We do not take a commission on admissions, so nothing we recommend is bent by what pays us more.
Intellectual property: who owns what
Your name, logo, photographs, results and content stay yours. What we produce for you under a paid engagement becomes yours once it is paid for, including the website and the pages we write. The methods, tooling and internal systems we use to do the work stay ours. The domain is registered by you, in your name, and is never held by us. On exit you keep the website, the content and the enquiry data, exported in a usable format.
What you may not do with this site
Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, do not republish whole pages as your own, and do not use it to send unsolicited messages to us or to anyone listed on it. Reading it, quoting it with attribution and sending it to a colleague are all fine and are the point.
Services we depend on and do not control
This work runs across Google, Bing and AI assistants owned by other companies. They change their systems without telling us, and they may change what they show about your institute at any time. We are responsible for the work and the measurement. We cannot be responsible for a third party platform's decisions, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
Limits of our liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is not excluded. Otherwise our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost admissions, lost revenue or indirect loss. This is the trade for a fixed monthly fee with no commission.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend work for non payment, or where continuing would require us to publish something false. We will say which, in writing, before we do it. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when the wording does.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad having jurisdiction.
