Why my coaching institute is not showing on Google
The usual reasons an institute cannot be found in search or on Maps, in the order worth checking, and how to tell which one applies to you.
Almost always it is one of four things: there is no Google Business Profile or it is unverified, the website has no page for what people actually search, the site cannot be read properly by a crawler, or the institute is new and simply has not been indexed yet. They are quick to tell apart.
First, check whether Google has your listing
Search the exact name plus the locality. If no map listing appears, the Business Profile is missing, unverified or suspended. This is the single most common cause for a local institute and it is free to fix.
Second, check whether the website exists in the index
Search site: followed by your domain. If almost nothing comes back, the pages are not indexed. Causes include a brand-new domain, a robots file blocking crawlers, or pages that are only assembled by scripts.
Third, check what the pages are actually about
If every page talks about the institute in general terms, there is nothing to match a search for a subject, class or locality. Pages that name the exact course and area are what get found.
Fourth, be honest about age
A site published last month will not rank for competitive terms yet, and no service can shortcut that. What is controllable is being complete and consistent so that when it is crawled there is something worth ranking.
