Cancellation and refunds

What you are paying for
GetPreferred is a monthly subscription service for schools, coaching institutes and other educational institutions, operated by Kwickprep Education Services LLP. There is no commission and no physical product; the fee covers the service for the billing period.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel with 30 days' written notice, by email or through the contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period in which the thirtieth day of notice falls, or at the end of any minimum commitment period stated in your product schedule, whichever is later. Nothing keeps renewing silently after that.
When fees are refunded
Fees already paid are not refunded for unused portions of a subscription, with two exceptions: where we have materially failed to deliver the agreed service and have not fixed it within 30 days of your written notice, and wherever applicable consumer protection law requires a refund. In both cases the refund goes back to the payment method you paid with.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
A duplicate or clearly mistaken payment is returned in full to the same payment method once we confirm it against our records. Write to us with the payment reference; confirmed cases are processed within 7 working days on our side, and your bank's own timelines then apply.
What happens after cancellation
Your institute website stays live for 30 days so you can move it, your enquiry data remains exportable by you for 30 days, and after that it is permanently deleted under our data retention schedule. The WhatsApp number used for your enquiries is registered in your institute's name and remains yours.
